Our story
Built because
the gym we wanted
didn't exist.
How it started
Resonate started in 2023 in Paschim Vihar with a straightforward observation: the gyms around us were built to look impressive from the outside. None of them were built to be good to train in.
The equipment was cheap or overcrowded. The spaces were designed for sign-ups, not sessions. The trainers were there to sell packages, not to coach. We wanted somewhere where the floor itself made you better — not just gave you access to machines.
So we built one. 10,000 square feet in Paschim Vihar. Commercial-grade Shua equipment. A recovery zone that actually gets used. Coaches who train themselves and care about your programme.
We opened small and grew slowly, on purpose. Over 800 members now. Most of them have been here for more than a year. That's the metric we care about — not sign-ups, but stay rate.
What we believe
The space you train in
changes the way you train.
Most gyms treat the floor as storage for equipment. We treat it as the product. The way the free weights area is laid out, the lighting, the ceiling height, the acoustics — none of it is accidental.
We believe a gym that takes itself seriously makes its members take themselves seriously. That's not marketing language. It's what we've watched happen with 800+ people over three years.
We also believe in being honest about what we are. We're not a luxury spa. We're not a powerlifting dungeon. We're a serious gym in Paschim Vihar where people who care about training feel at home.
